How gigantic Non-profits are carrying out the Covid Vaccination & Marxism integrated public health agenda

Let’s talk about some of the Community based Power-houses that carry out the Global agendas for Covid, and Health-integrated Marxism.

My friend Brian O’Shea sent me the NIH funding numbers for the Org in question:

Public Health Foundation Enterprises, aka “Heluna Health” received 8 million dollars in 2020 and was consistently awarded 5 Mil. by the Federal Government, most years prior to that.

They also have the usual suspects for donors, amongst many others, notable are: Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, GlaxoSmithKline, George Soros’ “Open Society Foundations”, Marxist organizer “Liberty Hill Foundation”, and the infamous U. of North Carolina, said to have been a location of a lab that played a role in the Gain of Function creation of SarsCov2.

What is this Organization, and how did it come to be? Public Health Foundation Enterprises was founded as a CORPORATION SERVICE COMPANY /LAWYERS INCORPORATING SERVICE but is now labeled a “non-profit”. It was founded by two gentlemen by the names of Charles A. Norris and S. Stephen Pinkney, in 1968- upward of 50 years ago.

The CEO/ director and officially recognized leader of the Organization is now Blayne Cutler.

Here’s a short summary of her career: Blayne Cutler, MD, Ph.D.: She joined Heluna Health in 2014 as Chief Executive Officer. She is a physician trained in infectious disease and public health. Prior to joining Heluna Health, Blayne served as New York City’s Assistant Commissioner for HIV Prevention and Control under Mayors Michael Bloomberg and Bill DiBlasio, and as the City’s Director of HIV Prevention from 2007-2013. Blayne has published widely on topics related to HIV, epidemiology, history, and public health. She has lectured at universities around the world and has assisted in the scale-up of HIV treatment and care in Africa. Blayne received her medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania; completed her residency training at Brown University, and her infectious diseases fellowship at Columbia University. At Columbia, she was awarded a research fellowship from the Mailman School of Public Health’s Center for Infectious Disease Epidemiology Research, where she studied the safety and acceptability of microbicides for the prevention of HIV and novel diagnostics for tuberculosis. she holds a doctorate in history from Yale University and worked as a journalist prior to becoming a physician.

Blayne attended some of the same HIV- related summits as Anthony Fauci, i.e. in 2010:

Isn’t it interesting, how the top HIV & Infectious diseases experts happened to be the most well-funded, powerful figures of this time, setting the tone not just for health, but also for influencing through their power structures, the public image on cultural, or more accurately, philosophical issues, such as Anti-Racism? Ringing in the back of my mind is the voice of the CDC’s Rochelle Walensky, declaring Racism a public health crisis. Apparently influencing public opinion happens best on a health-argued level.

Blayne Cutler is also affiliated heavily through her donations with the Party that wants everyone to submit to their ideology, or “get out of the way”: She gave 2000 dollars to Biden’s campaign in 2019, and $1750 to the Democratic Party in the years prior.

When I looked at the 2020 Tax forms for Heluna Health, or “Public Health foundation enterprises”, I noticed that the Non-profit themselves did not contribute to any political party, but that they paid a good sum for lobbying, travel, and advertising campaigns, considering they only list roughly 1600 employees on their wages section of the form.

So, who is their lobbyist? He is your typical, slimy DC type, who operates in this case, heavily between the state capital and California. He is the founder of “Rooster Public strategies” but worked with other lobbying firms in the past. He does revolving door money deals, involving politics, and was also part of Democrat campaigns. Perhaps the most bizarre aspect of Patrick Brennan, is that he is also part of another company called Schnitzer Steel, and was sent a letter from a political firm in CA to inquire on his status as a lobbyist, in light of his double game, stating that lobbyists should not be involved with more than one firm.

So, we can pretty much check the corrupt lobbying box here, right? Furthermore, we need to take a look at the company itself. They have Non-profits listed and owned in the same name (Blayne Cutler), and FOREIGN Non-profits all over the place!

The Foreign entities are also listed on their tax form:

The foreign Non-profit is registered at an address in New York, with CSC ( Corporation Service Company), which acts as admit for this foreign front, although there is no physical office there, for the org.

It raises some questions and affirms that our local health institutions are connected to Globally run, and funded agendas.

The bulk of Heluna Health operates out of California. They sign work contracts with huge counties such as Marin County and corroborate on many Covid related agendas, such as testing, reporting of cases, and now Vaccination. The county itself has to sign an Anti-lobbying clause in the work contract, but it serves the Big Health Non-profit, which takes care of the greasing of politicians in DC. After all, there is A LOT of money to be made in the business of COVID! ( Robert Malone refers to this as war profiteering)
